Exchanges / Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, it can be returned up to 30 days from the date of receipt, as long as it has not been used!
In order for us to make a return / exchange, an invoice must be presented to prove purchase.
* Returns - TheyDream is not responsible for shipping costs when returning a product.
* Replacement - You can come to the studio in Omets and replace the product or you can send it with a courier. delivery cost of 80 NIS (double delivery), as the courier will collect the product from you and deliver the new product.

Refund
After we receive the item back to us, we will send you an email and update you regarding the confirmation or rejection of the return.
If the refund is approved, a credit will be given according to the payment method with which the purchase was made (offsetting shipping fees).
